I did look in the supermarket for 'a cheaper alternative' but it always worked out to around the same price anyway, and with this you have the convenience of it being brought to where ever you want (YES even at work)
We have found them really handy when we go to the cinema as I have an unlimited card for cineworld (so we go alot!)

It actually works out really well because the cinema popcorn is always stale or tasteless anyway so I get to eat something i will actually enjoy for a fraction of the price of the cinema food. Also we get our drinks from McDonalds as the cinema is way too expensive, but that's for another day ;)
